Fabulous and rare 1940's ivory rayon crepe cocktail dress with fringe skirt. Bias cut bodice with gathering at the shoulder, fully lined, made by Frank Tisch. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
